Right, so what you’re sort of saying is that this platform technology, AI powered technology will slot in with people’s personality traits, their current skills, that mindset, their motivations, the location they want to go to, and the amount of money they want to earn, and then it will end their past career history and experience, and then it will, and then it will go out, and it will search for the jobs that would actually suit that individual and help them to up skill to get to that. Is that what you’re saying?

Monique Morrow 4:51
It’s very much that direction. It’s information you choose to share. I think that’s really important, I want to work with these types of people, etc., because what’s a very, very important is the privacy issues. You don’t want something that’s held by a centralized platform.

I think what you provide can disappear, when you think about that disappearance of data. You should be able to get an instantaneous feedback and then you could see that the data has disappeared, or something to that effect. We have to honor the privacy, regulations. Plus, we’re looking at this platform, we call it “Joblee.” If you look at a “Joblee”, it doesn’t hold data, and that’s very, very important for you.
